About

LCHB project develops technologies that ensure a sustainable and healthy indoor environment. The aim is to use modern monitoring technology to investigate the most important air pollutants and the behaviour habits of building users in the indoor environment, to develop analytics based on high temporal and spatial resolution, to utilise the results of the study in the development of design tools and software, and to develop efficient and energy-saving ventilation and cleaning equipment to ensure the quality of the indoor environment with the lowest possible energy consumption.

Goals

Eco-Friendly

Indoor Environment Characterization

Develop analytics of high-temporal resolution measurement data and the use of algorithms based on artificial intelligence.

Energy Efficient

Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction

Examine the relationships between IEQ and energy consumption, with the aim of finding optimal solutions in terms of indoor air quality and energy efficiency.

Healthy Environment

Criteria and Standard for Low-carbon Healthy Building

Ensure the application of the principles of objectivity, fairness, systematic science, scalability, functionality and practicality, referring to current national and international guidelines and standards.
